Blissful Reality offers the following self empowerment workshops:
Discover your own superhero (children between the ages of 6 and 11)
With this 2-day workshop children are aided in discovering their own strengths, find features about themselves they love, find parts of themselves they admire, and recognise their own talents and abilities. They also learn to laugh and feel comfortable about certain ‘inadequacies’, and realise that they don't have to be permanent.
We will touch on children's rights and issues that stem from these rights not being upheld. Children will be educated on how to deal with bullying and peer pressure and encouraged to look beyond the obvious for answers to their challenges. We will touch on forgiveness and the fact that in forgiving, one doesn't condone inappropriate actions.
On day two the children will look a bit deeper into themselves. They go through a process of building themselves up to be the superhero that they would like to be by incorporating the qualities they see their superhero as having, into their thoughts and subsequently, their subconscious minds. They will enjoy a process of visualisation, lots of constructive games, do some drawing or painting - all to aid the ‘cementing in’ of their new-found coping mechanisms.
By the end of the weekend a weight will have lifted from their shoulders and they will walk tall with a new sense of pride and faith in themselves and have a greater understanding of their place in the world.
Can I please have ME back! (workshop for women)
Women can easily feel like they have lost themselves in the process of being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, employer, employee... The list is endless.
This does not mean that you are ungrateful for all of the blessings that have been bestowed on you. We can recognise that we are lucky to have all these roles to play, but the truth is that we are not these roles alone. Deep inside all of us is our essence, which the busyness of being all these things to all these people can hide from us if we let it. Women generally have a giving nature and will slip into the role of assisting family and friends in achieving what they need, at the cost of themselves.

This 2-day workshop will help you let your guard down so that you can discover the essence of yourself again, allow you to express gratitude for your gifts and pinpoint what it is that is really driving your separation from your essence. The fellowship of other women will support this process and just hold you in a gentle healing space while you connect the dots in finding your way back to you.

All you need to bring to this workshop is a burning desire for your own abundance, in all spheres of life. It needs to be understood that nothing happens in isolation, if it is financial abundance you are wishing to create, know that the opportunity to create your own abundance will also mean changes in other spheres of your life. All areas of your life will receive the blessing of abundance if you wish to create it.
The workshop runs over 4 days, during which time will be spent looking at what is holding you back from abundance at present, healing incorrect assumptions around abundance, looking at your beliefs, your fears and then moving on to the practical steps to take to create abundance.
This workshop is for everyone - men and women, in all phases of life, in all professions, in all socio-economic brackets. It is all-inclusive, dealing with the practical aspects of wealth creation and the spiritual aspects of manifesting abundance.
